GEFEG.FX contains a module for data structure modeling. It allows to define UML classes as well as complete XML based B2B standard repositories. |

The GEFEG.FX modeling part will fulfill the following functions:
- Repository and development tool
- Publishing to HTML, RTF, PDF
- Import from and export to W3C schema and XMI files
- Mapping to 'legacy' and new EDI/B2B standards
- Implementation guidelines

GEFEG.FX offers an integrated development environment for creating data models and/or schemas based on the ebXML specifications, e.g. schemas can be generated from data models in compliance with UBL Naming Rules. Core components are implemented compliant to CCTS 1.9. The combination of modeling functions and XML schema development with proven guidelining and testing functions qualifies GEFEG.FX as the ideal integration tool for all users who continue to use traditional EDI specifications beside the new ebXML-compliant schemas. GEFEG.FX is likewise suited as an excellent access or transition into the use of XML business languages.
