GEFEG will conduct a one day hands-on training workshop on ASC X12 CICA constructs and data models using the GEFEG.FX CICA Editor software. This introductory workshop focuses on the most frequently used features and functionalities of GEFEG.FX CICA Editor. The target audience for this workshop includes programmers, systems analysts, business analysts, and other technically oriented business professionals who need to understand how to create ASC X12 CICA standards. DISA has included GEFEG in the "Tools for Members Program" for Standards Development. More The CICA Editor is the special GEFEG.FX variant for CICA developers.
This interactive course builds a solid foundation for using the GEFEG.FX CICA Editor. Students will learn key concepts about CICA and about the architecture and basic elements of the CICA Editor. Students will acquire skills such as how to create constructs, create simple documents, and reports.
