The special module for the Axway TradeSync Integration Manager (formerly Atos Origin/Actis EDIManager) allows GEFEG.FX implementation guides to be exported to the Axway EDI system. Definitions for source format, target format and mapping are created for outgoing EDI transactions.

The EDIFOR (Electronic Data Interchange Forwarding) standard for transport was developed by the working group EDIFOR for which the DLSV (German Association for Transport and Logistics) standard organisation acted as chair. Together with the DLSV GEFEG maintains the EDIFOR standard master data in GEFEG.FX. As a sales partner to the DLSV GEFEG distributes the EDIFOR standard either as print documentation or together with GEFEG as electronic data. EDIFOR is also available in an English version.
Since 1994, DIN Software AG has been shipping the German translation of the UN/EDIFACT standard database with GEFEG.FX. The UN/EDIFACT standard database is maintained by DIN's Office Standards Committee. GEFEG has initiated the XML/EDI recommendation which resulted in the DIN E16557-5. The guidelines for the representation of EDIFACT message types as DTDs has also been published as ISO Draft Standard 20625 by the ISO. Furthermore GEFEG supports the DIN with their business expertise.
The Data Interchange Standards Association (DISA) is the organization which is responsible for the ASC X12 Standard and its updates. The Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X12 develops standards for X12 data interchange and XML data formats working together with a variety of e-business technologies and supporting e-business integration. For the use of ASC X12 with GEFEG.FX there is a special module available which enables users to plan their custom use of ASC X12 messages.

The development of the Context Inspired Component Architecture (CICA), a syntax neutral architecture, is also led by DISA. CICA equally documents content and implementation information. GEFEG supplies its GEFEG.FX CICA Editor product to the CICA developers within the "Tools for Members Program".

GEFEG has been a member of DISA since 1998.

e-integration offers GEFEG.FX to its customers as a supplementary software tool. This interface makes it possible to pass GEFEG.FX standard data to the e-integration solution.
EDIFICE is the European B2B forum of the European electronics industry. GEFEG has been a member of EDIFICE since 1999. The EDIFICE EDIFACT standard is maintained with GEFEG.FX and published on the EDIFICE web site using the GEFEG.FX Publisher module. In August 2001, the EIDX the (American) Electronics Industry Data Exchange Association have adopted the EDIFICE EDIFACT guidelines within their partnership with EDIFICE. This means that EIDX members also gain access to EDIFICE guidelines.

EDIFICE MIGs and EPIGs are available with GEFEG.

EDIBAU e.V. and GEFEG offer all interested software suppliers two converter program modules to convert files from the GAEB standard (German construction industry data interchange format) to EDIFACT and vice versa.
GS1 Germany is a part of the international network "Global Standards One" (GS1). The organisation supports enterprises with the use of modern and state-of-the-art e-standards for their daily business.

GS1 Germany and GEFEG maintain and distribute the German-English version of EANCOM®, the globally most widely spread EDIFACT subset.

GS1 Switzerland is the national representative of the worldwide GS1 organization. The standard organization stands up for the advancement of efficient standards, processes and methods in Switzerland.

GS1 Switzerland is a sales partner of GEFEG focussing on the marketing and sales of GEFEG.FX with the EANCOM® module.

GEFEG.FX is used by the Joint Syntax Working Group (JSWG) to maintain and publish EDIFACT syntax data (ISO 9735, Application Level Syntax Rules). The JSWG Homepage is maintained and hosted by GEFEG.
GEFEG.FX includes an interface to the Microsoft® BizTalk™ Server 2000 with which the source and target format descriptions and the underlying mapping required by the Microsoft® BizTalk™ Server 2000 are generated.
Odette representative of the Swedish automotive industry at national and international level.

Odette Sweden publishes recommendations for the electronic data communication of business data between manufacturers and their suppliers. The VDA recommendations and also the messages of the scopes "Aftermarket", "Fertige Fahrzeuge" und "Container Management" are available as electronic data in GEFEG.FX.
The Open Applications Group , Inc. (OAGi) is a not-for-profit consortium focusing on best practices and process based XML content for e-Business and Application Integration. The mission of the Open Applications Group is to define and encourage the adoption of a unifying standard for e-Business and Application Software interoperability that reduces customer cost and time to deploy solutions. The Open Applications Group supports ebXML and is taking several steps forward to adopt and converge it with their own body of work.

The OAGi-Standards are delivered as a data module with GEFEG.FX products that include XML functions.

Seeburger AG is one of the leading suppliers of EDI and EAI solutions. A jointly developed interface connects the GEFEG.FX with the Seeburger Business Integration Converter. This interface makes it possible to transfer EDI application guidelines - descriptions of B2B standards documented using GEFEG.FX - to the Seeburger BIC as format descriptions, with no further processing or programming effort required. This interface additionally allows the other way round: you may import format descriptions into GEFEG.FX for a reverse documentation.

GEFEG also offers the Seeburger TLA, which is used to transfer EDIFACT message types from GEFEG.FX to the WinELKE converter interface.

Siemens AG is an internationally active group that focuses on the areas electrical engineering and electronics and offers innovative products, solutions and services worldwide.

The Siemens EDIFACT Standard (SES), an intercompany data format for the interchange of business data, is developed using GEFEG.FX. The Siemens group uses GEFEG.FX worldwide to describe specific application interfaces based on SES, to generate test data and to test EDI transaction files. As a supplement for the American market the intercompany Siemens ASC X12 Standard (SAS) has been developed. For the use with GEFEG.FX the SAS data has been made available in the SAS module.

Sterling Commerce is an internationally active supplier of multi-enterprise collaboration solutions.

GEFEG.FX exports specifications for the GENTRAN:UNIX product and for the Gentran Integration Suite.

Within the United Nations organization UN/CEFACT (Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business) is responsible for the development and release of the UN/EDIFACT standard data.

Michael Dill of GEFEG serves as the official German delegate to the UN Directory Audit Team (DAT), the working group responsible for the release of UN/EDIFACT standard data.

The German Automotive industry association VDA acts as the representative of the German automotive industry at national and international level.

The VDA publishes recommendations for the electronic data communication of business data between manufacturers and their suppliers. The VDA recommendations and also the messages of the scopes "Aftermarket", "Fertige Fahrzeuge" und "Container Management" are available as electronic data in GEFEG.FX.
GEFEG is an "Approved WCO Distributor" of the World Customs Organization (WCO).

In order to standardize business processes and the related business data for global cross border trade the World Customs Organization develops the WCO data model, currently available in version 3. GEFEG focuses its sales activities on selling the WCO data model and its related components. Buyers of the WCO data model will gain access to the WCO online database.
