ISO 20022 becomes mandatory for financial transaction data<\/h1>\n

By the end of 2025, it will be more or less mandatory for all participants to use the ISO 20022 standard for the exchange of financial transaction data. Wer seine Zahlungsdaten noch nicht migriert hat, muss bis dahin aktiv werden, damit seine Zahlungsinformationen weiterhin \u00fcber das SWIFT-Netz \u00fcbermittelt werden k\u00f6nnen. Over the following four years, there will be other important deadlines, as was the case in recent years when the Europe-wide payment systems TARGET2, EURO1 and STEP1 had to be converted to ISO 20022.<\/p>\n

Focus on the documentation of ISO 20022 content<\/h2>\n

Are you well prepared? And if so, is your ISO 20022 implementation documented sufficiently to allow for easy updates during version upgrades? Or are you planning to document exceptions and extensions to ISO 20022 in a separate specification as part of the migration?<\/p>\n
